TIRESEAL® helps reduce
flats and helps prevent the rim welding itself to the tire.
|
| Due to its exclusive formula of tiny
fibers suspended in a complex liquid solution, TIRESEAL®
can help reduce up to 50% or more of all flats caused by punctures in the
tread area and leaks in the rim or bead areas . . . providing equipment
with increased efficiency and production! |
Reduces
Downtime
When used as a preventive maintenance product,
it can help reduce cost and inconvenience normally experienced when a flat
occurs. When protected with this product, a piece of equipment and the
operator continue to earn their keep instead of sitting idle, waiting for
a tire to be repaired . . . the cost of which can be extraordinary. Not
only is this particular piece of equipment still doing its job, but crews
and equipment following are not delayed either.
Won't
Harm Tires or Rims
Chemically inert; that is, it is inactive.
There is nothing to attack or damage any part of the tire. It does not
contain petroleum solvents or other compounds that could prove harmful.
As a matter of fact, it actually extends a
tire's life by absorbing the heat caused by friction in the tread area,
holding the heat in its liquid solution and transferring this heat to other
parts of the tire. Also, it helps rejuvenate the rubber in a tire, and
keep it pliable, extending the tire's life.
Many tires have been destroyed when
the rim welded itself to the tire, due to rust and heat. With TIRESEAL®,
this problem is virtually eliminated. The liquid solution contains rust
inhibitors, which help keep the rim from rusting and welding to the tire.
TIRESEAL® contains no ingredients that may pit or corrode metal rims.
Safe
and Easy To Use
Been specially formulated to have no annoying
fumes or vapors and is not harmful to the skin. It can be easily washed
off skin and out of clothing.
To install, rotate the tire to where
the valve stem is between the ten o'clock and the two o'clock position.
Remove the valve core and allow the air to escape. Pump in the appropriate
amount of product - then replace the valve core and air the tire up to
the proper pressure.
TIRESEAL® is now
ready to perform!
Can be left in tires for an almost unlimited
time. Unlike some tire sealants, it is not a "quick-fix" designed to simply
get you down the road, then be washed out once the puncture is properly
repaired. Stops leaks by actually forming a plug, eliminating the loss
of air from the tire. There is no immediate need to have the flat fixed
. . . as a matter of fact, you probably won't even know it occurred!
Contains
Anti-freeze
Extreme weather conditions do not affect
its performance. The complex liquid solution contains a very effective
anti-freeze, which has been specially designed to alter the formation of
ice crystals in TIRESEAL® at subfreezing
temperatures. Naturally, as the temperature drops, the viscosity of this
product will become heavier than usual. However, after the first few rolls
of the tire,it returns to its normal consistency.
Water
Dispersible
If for some reason a tire should need to
be dismounted, TIRESEAL® can be easily
and simply washed out of the tire with normal water. No special solvents
or cleaners are required to completely remove it from the inside of a tire.
For
Off-Road Tires
The uses of TIRESEAL®
are
as varied as the many different types of equipment to be found, from the
largest of earth-moving equipment tires, to farm tractor tires and even
golf cart tires. Its intended for use in slow moving, off-road tires.
This product is not to be used in tires which are installed on vehicles
utilized for over-the-road service at speeds exceeding 45 miles per hour.
Any product inside a tire could cause an imbalance problem at high speeds.
Also, the sealing ability of this product could be impaired by high speeds.
Speed will create a centrifuge effect, which could hinder the sealing ability
in a tire.
TIRESEAL®
is
not a cure-all. However, it has been thoroughly field tested for years
by many satisfied Customers of Texas Refinery Corp. When used as a preventative
maintenance product, it can allow equipment to perform more efficiently
than ever before!

For tire sizes not shown, please write
Texas Refinery for a more detailed list or use the following method of
determining amount of TIRESEAL® to be used: Measure circumference of
outside of tire (in inches). Measure tire from bead to bead (in inches).
Multiply circumference by bead-bead measurement. Divide answer by 144.
Multiply answer by .25 to determine number of pints of TIRESEAL® needed.
|
Each complete stroke of TIRESEAL®
Pump
puts a half-pint of the product into tire.
IMPORTANT: Powder sometimes
found in tubeless tires, should be cleaned out before TIRESEAL®
is
applied. Do not inject regular TIRESEAL®
into
tires or tubes weighted with water. Remove water and then inject
TIRESEAL®.
