Air quality in an agricultural operation can be a major issue. Odors can be a nuisance to producers and cause complaints, and even result in lawsuits by neighbors. Noxious gases can irritate livestock and operators, and can be harmful; sometimes lethal. Dizziness and asphyxiation are symptoms caused by odors of manure pits and lagoons. Ammonia, carbon dioxide, and methane are just a few of the harmful and sometimes volatile by-products of manure that affect air quality. However, with proper lagoon and pit maintenance and continuous use, you can dramatically improve air quality and reduce odors. Animals and humans can breathe easier with BIO REMEDY.

Environmentally Friendly, Safe, and Natural

All-natural blend of bacterial strains making it very different from other septic tank, lagoon and pit treatment products. These natural bacteria degrade normally difficult to non-biodegradable organic compounds that are part of manure.
Hay, straw, greases, and detergents all pose threats to the quality of a fertilizer. However, it naturally eats away and breaks down these substances and allows fertilizer to remain free of chemicals. Other lagoon treatments are made from chemicals and are harmful to the environment. BIO REMEDY is a natural, environmentally friendly alternative to harmful chemicals. Hydrated lime, for example, reduces hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide production but increases ammonia which decreases fertilizer value. Causes no harm to fertilizer value because of its all-natural quality and is safe for humans and animals.

Speeds Up Decomposition

Through biological action, BIO REMEDY degrades normally difficult and non-biodegradable organic compounds. These abilities speed up the decomposition of manure. Manure contains animal wastes, soaps, greases, hair, hay, straw and other contaminants. All of these contaminants are obstacles to the process of manure decomposition. Can conquer all those contaminants, break them down, and allow the manure to quickly decompose with greatly reduced odor.

Easy to use

Treatment is easy. No special equipment or pumps necessary. BIO REMEDY is a liquid that begins working when you simply add it to manure.

*   Initial lagoon or manure pit treatment with BIO REMEDY
      is 2½ quarts per day for every 25 animals in the herd.
      Continue the heavy dosage for 7 days.

*   After the initial treatment, a daily maintenance application
      of 17 ounces for every 25 animals in the herd. This dosage
      should be applied to daily waste before it is pumped or
      transfered to the lagoon or manure pit.

For optimum performance, use this product between temperatures of 40°F and 100°F. It's not effective at temperatures below 40°F. Heat generated from decomposing manure in a lagoon or pit can differ dramatically from the temperature outside the pit. This difference helps make it useful anytime. Year-round continuous treatment of waste is required to ensure maximum benefit from BIO REMEDY.

OPTIMUM CONDITIONS FOR USE:
       Bacteria in BIO REMEDY perform within a pH of 6.0 to 8.5 with the
     optimum pH near 7.0. Temperature affects the activity of the working
     solution and action increases with rising temperatures up to 100°F.

STORAGE AND HANDLING:
      Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep from freezing.
      Handling: Avoid excessive inhalation. Wash hands with warm soapy
