Semi-Synthetic IBlend of specially refined oils and special synthetics to address the excessive smoke situation that is encountered with some two-cycle oils. Reduces Piston Scuffing The special synthetics that have been added also helps reduce piston scuffing especially at the higher temperatures air-cooled engines encounter. The special synthetics have increased lubricity compared to a product blended with oil or mainly with oil. Provides Improved Lubricity Hss a slightly increased viscosity compared to other two-cycle oils. The increased viscosity comes from the blending of additional special synthetics and additives to the high quality base stocks used for the product. This increased viscosity actually helps provide improved film strength and less wear on moving parts as a result of the increased film strength. You will find better cylinder lubricity with SMOKELESS AIR-COOLED TWO-CYCLE ENGINE OIL. Because of the slight increase in viscosity, extra time is needed during extreme cold weather when you mix with gasoline. Provides Extra Protection Will provide improved resistance to engine deposits, ring sticking, chemical wear and varnish formation. Since newer air-cooled engines run at higher rpms and higher heat, this new formulation will provide extra protection and thermal stability. The special synthetics help provide superior lubrication. Reduces Spark Plug Fouling Texas Refinery Corp.'s SMOKELESS AIR-COOLED TWO-CYCLE ENGINE OIL has been shown to reduce or eliminate pre-ignition, spark plug fouling, and exhaust blockage. Special tests run at fuel/oil ratios of 20:1 cause many oils to fail the pre-ignition, spark plug fouling and exhaust blockage tests. Because of superior base oils plus special synthetics and excellent additives, these tests are passed with ease with the Texas Refinery Corp. SMOKELESS AIR-COOLED TWO-CYCLE ENGINE OIL. Mixes Easily With Gasoline Mixes easily with gasoline above -250C (-130F). The special formulation of SMOKELESS AIR-COOLED TWO-CYCLE ENGINE OIL may be used in units where the oil is injected into the gasoline from a separate compartment as well as those units where the oil and gas is premixed. Proper mixing of the SMOKELESS AIR-COOLED TWO-CYCLE ENGINE OIL prevents a rich mixture of product on the bottom of the tank or a lean mixture of mostly gasoline at the top of the tank. Proper mixing eliminates the stratifications of oil and gasoline in the tank. Some extra care should be given to mixing in very cold weather. Caution: Do not use Texas Refinery Corp.'s
