GREASE E.P.
  • NSF REGISTERED H-1
  • SUPERIOR RESISTANCE TO WATER
  • ADVANCED PROTECTION AGAINST RUST AND WEAR
  • WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE
  • GREATER LUBRICATION PROTECTION
  • FLEXIBLE APPLICATION ABILITY

FOOD MACHINERY GREASE E.P. can be used as a lubricant or anti-rust film in areas exposed to edible products.
NSF Registered H-1

Texas Refinery Corp. has available in its diversified line of products an excellent grease for use in food and beverage manufacturing facilities. FOOD MACHINERY GREASE E.P. is NSF Registered (H-1) and may be used in applications where incidental food contact is possible. This classification states that the compound may be used as a lubricant or anti-rust film on equipment and machine parts in locations in which there is exposure of the lubricated parts to edible products. The amount used should be the minimum required to accomplish the desired technical effect on the equipment.

Resists Water

White in color, odorless and has excellent water-resistant capabilities. Contamination by water, detergents, salt water, or food stuffs such as tomato juice, beer, pineapple juice and acetic acid will not alter its grease-like characteristics. Since it resists "wash out," grease consumption can be decreased, and savings can begin increasing.

Offers Rust and Wear Protection

Will protect against rusting of metal parts. Will adhere to metal surfaces, keeping moisture away. When using conventional greases, rust can form on metal surfaces making costly replacement necessary. Also, it contains an advanced extreme pressure package. Provides a cushion of lubricating film between metal parts, preventing metal-to-metal contact and premature wear due to heavy loads.

Has A Wide Temperature Range

Formulated from an aluminum complex base, FOOD MACHINERY GREASE E.P. has a wide temperature operating range. Easily pumpable down to 0°F. and has a dropping point temperature of 475°F. In addition, it exhibits good performance where high speed and extra pressure qualities are needed.

Provides Superior Lubrication

Shear stable, nontoxic, and as pure as commercially feasible. Provides the utmost in lubrication, cleanliness and definitely promotes the image of purity. Provides superior film strength for various applications under severe operating conditions of speed, load and wet conditions.

Multi-Purpose

As a food processing lubricant, it is recommended for grease-lubricated machinery in canneries, beverage bottlers and canners, potato and corn chip processors, candy manufacturers, frozen food processors, and other food producers, processors and packers. Specifically recommended for critical applications where there is a possibility of the lubricant coming in incidental contact with food. FOOD MACHINERY GREASE E.P. is NSF Registered H-1.
