BIO-KLEAN removes tough soils such as asphalt, adhesives, printing inks, rubber tire marks, as well as grease, oils, and fats.

Designed with a solvent formulation for today's safety and environmental regulations, BIO-KLEAN is a powerful natural degreaser and deodorizer, specially blended to outperform conventional hazardous solvent degreasers. This multi-purpose concentrate instantly emulsifies grease, oils, and fats without the use of harsh acids, alkalis, or petroleum solvents. In addition, BIO-KLEAN is authorized by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for use as a C1 rated cleaner, degreaser.

Non-Toxic Vapors

Organic extract with an extremely strong natural citrus fragrance to deodorize effectively even under the worst conditions. The vapors are not considered harmful. This allows for a wide variety of uses, both indoor and out.

Biodegradable

pH balanced, environmentally safe, and yet is a remarkable solvent. It is capable of removing tough soils such as asphalt, adhesives, printing inks, rubber tire marks, as well as grease, oils, and fats.

Several types of industries can benefit from BIO-KLEAN. These include, but are certainly not limited to, mining and construction, manufacturing, transportation, steel, and petrochemical industries.

Odor Controller

To control severe odors, dilute two parts with one hundred parts water. This mixture can then be sprayed or mopped onto the surface. Some areas where this product is of great value include hospitals, schools, restrooms, industrial plants, garbage trucks and dumpsters, as well as sewage treatment plants.

Drain Cleaner

Deodorizes, and maintains. For drain cleaning, pour five to eight ounces directly into clogged drain. Let the solution stand for one to two hours, then flush with warm water.

Surface Degreaser And Heavy-Duty Cleaner

When mixed with water, stir until a uniform emulsion is formed, prior to performing the cleaning operation.

For surface degreasing, add two to four parts to one hundred parts water. Apply by spraying, mopping or brushing. Allow solution to stand for five minutes. Rinse thoroughly and you will see the grease is gone. For stubborn grease areas, apply BIO-KLEAN straight and after five minutes, rinse with a pressure washer.

For cleaning and degreasing concrete floors, dilute one part to nine parts water. Spray or mop the concrete floor with this emulsion and let stand for two minutes. Then scrub thoroughly and rinse.

It's a natural solvent that completely softens and liquefies the toughest soils for safe and easy removal of grease, oil, tar (even bituminous deposits) from industrial surfaces. Soils are lifted and water rinsed away. The soils are carried in a unique emulsion that self-releases contaminants in still tanks or treatment systems.

Economical

At ratios of only two or four parts to one hundred parts water, the solvent is much more economical than any straight petroleum solvent available.

The economy continues as a heavy duty cleaner. Where straight petroleum solvents would be used full strength, it can be diluted at a ratio of one part to nine parts water. This strong natural solvent is incredibly economical and efficient.
