DESCRIPTION:

R-307 is a combination of acids, emulsifiers, wetting agents and inhibitors. A medium to dark amber liquid, it is a concentrate material with a typical acid odor and a pH of 1.5-2.5.


PURPOSE:

R-307 is designed to penetrate and remove concrete and mortar from most painted and many metal surfaces, especially ready-mix concrete trucks. Being an acid material, it has many other uses also.


DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Dilute R-307 with up to five parts or more of water. Mixtures at this strength will take off average deposits of concrete and mortar with ease.
Apply diluted solution with acid resistant brush, swab or sprayer. Allow it to penetrate the concrete for 5 to 10 minutes. For average deposits, this will be long enough for it to penetrate and break the bond at the painted or metal surface. Retouch heavier deposits periodically during the cleaning process.
After 5 to 10 minutes, rinse off loosened deposits with water from a hose. Let the pressure help you. After rinsing, apply PROTECTOL C anti-sticking liquid wax material. PROTECTOL C eliminates the sticking of concrete and enhances the beauty of the finish at the same time.

HARMFUL OR FATAL IF SWALLOWED! CAUSES BURNS! VAPOR HARMFUL!
Contains hydrochloric acid. Avoid skin or clothing contact. Avoid breathing vapors, use with adequate ventilation. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after using. Goggles and rubber gloves recommended. Always add slowly to cold water.

EYE CONTACT: Immediately flush with large quantities of cool water for at least 15 minutes. CALL A PHYSICIAN AND/OR SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION.

SKIN CONTACT: Immediately flush with large quantities of tap water. Follow with rinse using weak ammonia water or dissolved baking soda; then wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, see a doctor.

CLOTHING CONTACT: Remove wet clothing and shoes. Wash before reuse.

VAPOR INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. CALL A DOCTOR.

IF SWALLOWED: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give large quantities of water or milk. CALL A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.

SPILL OR LEAK: Flush away by flooding with water applied quickly to entire spill. Neutralize with soda ash.

Store in cool area away from alkaline materials.

R-307 is a very active concentrated acid material. Be especially careful on aluminum, zinc and other soft metals. These metals are easily attacked by acids and could be damaged quickly.
