POWDERED CLEANERS
Description: AS-44 rapidly removes grease, oil, dirt, sludge, loose carbon deposits, engine varnish, light rust, engine enamels and paints from ferrous metals. This makes it a natural for automotive repair shops, oil field equipment rebuilders, machine shops, diesel shops, remanufacturers, compressor rebuilders, etc.
Directions HOT TANK CLEANING: Use 8-48 oz. per gallon of water (tank temp: 150-200 deg. F). LIGHT TO For Use: MEDIUM: Use 8-12 oz. per gallon of water. HEAVY DUTY & STRIPPING: Use 12-32 oz. per gallon of water. NORMAL USE: 24 oz. per gallon of water (tank temp: 180 deg. F).

Description: D-45 NF is designed to remove light to medium petroleum soils and animal fats. Its foam control agents alkaline detergents, and the fact that it can be safely used on aluminum and other nonferrous metals, makes it ideal for spray cabinet cleaning.
Directions SPRAY CABINET: Use 1-4 oz. per gallon of water (Temp 160-200 deg. F). HOT VATS: Use 4-6 oz. For Use: per gallon of water (Temp 210 deg. F). ALUMINUM: Use 4-6 oz. per gallon of water (Temp 160-180 deg. F). GENERAL PURPOSE: Use 1-4 oz. per gallon of water (Hot or cold water).

Description: N-ERGY 5010 is designed as an additive to caustic soda. This combination has powerful synergistic characteristics. When mixed with caustic soda, N-ERGY 5010 removes rust from ferrous metal surfaces. It also degreases and strips paint in the same operation.
Directions MEDIUM TO HEAVY RUST: Add 1 ½ oz. N-ERGY 5010 and 6 ½ oz. caustic soda per gallon of For Use: water as a minimum recommendation. Concentrations can be as high as 6 ½ oz. N-ERGY 5010 and 25 ½ oz. caustic soda per gallon of water. Temps of 190 deg. F to a boil give best results.

Directions SPRAY CABINET: Use 4 oz. per gallon of water for most applications. FOR MAXIMUM RUST For Use: REMOVAL: Use 8 oz. per gallon of water with 185 deg. F temp for 40 minute wash cycle. Directions PRESSURE WASHING: Mix ½ pound RED MAX to 1 gallon water then use this concentrate at 1:300 For Use: up to 1000. AUTOMATIC CAR WASH: (brush type) mix 1 to 4 pounds RED MAX to 100 gallons water. MANUAL CAR WASH: Mix ½ to 4 oz. RED MAX to 1 gallon water.
Description: TRU-LI-FINE RIG WASH is a powdered, multipurpose cleaner. It is safe to use anywhere it is safe to use water for cleaning. As a hand car and truck washing material, TRU-LI-FINE RIG WASH penetrates normal dirt, road film and oil soils and floats them away, leaving a sparkling clean surface. It can be used as a light duty steam cleaning compound. TRU-LI-FINE RIG WASH is used as a detergent to wash rigs, pumps, compressors, tools and equipment.
Directions Premix TRU-LI-FINE RIG WASH in a small amount of water. When it is dissolved, add remainder of water to make correct solution. Use ½ to 2 oz. TRU-LI-FINE RIG WASH per gallon of water HEAVY SOILS: Use 2 to 4 oz. TRU-LI-FINE RIG WASH per gallon of water. |
